BOBO the penguin's KINDER-CLUB® is a ski school for children three years and up.
Everything revolves around BOBO the penguin, who is the club's mascot and a good friend to all the little ones on the ski slopes. He will make sure that your skiing holiday with the children is an extraordinary experience.
Specially trained instructors take care of the children and ensure that their first experience of snow is an unforgettable adventure.
The penguin BOBO lends a helping flipper to our ski instructors as they work in the snow, and shows both parents and children how much fun they can have on skis.
Children practice running on their skis in BOBO's Kinderland as an introduction to the sport. Highlights include hilarious moments when children on skis discover storybook characters nearby, or join BOBO the penguin in dancing the Warm-Up Boogie. Conveyor belts help the young ski bunnies to get around, ensuring that the learning process is not too strenuous. We use the very latest equipment to make sure that all the activities are child's play.
Our mascot BOBO pops up everywhere to provide entertaining breaks. Children learn to ski through play while receiving the best of care in the perfect environment for rapid learning progress.
The carousel offers a welcome change to skiing activities, as does the BOBO Express, providing a delightful little ride around the Kinderland area. And if the children get thirsty after all their games and exercises with hoops, cones, poles and balls, they can duck into the BOBO House, our warm clubroom with toilet facilities.
The children's area, like the ski school assembly area, is centrally located and easy to reach in the valley near the church and close to the local ski bus stop; this is also conveniently near the assembly area for adults and meeting point for snowboarders.
Who is BOBO the penguin?
Your children are sure to ask "Where does BOBO the penguin come from?"
"BOBO the penguin is an extraordinary bird. He loves the mountains and, of course, he can ski. BOBO the penguin loves winter, snow and cold weather. He usually prefers the outdoors, but occasionally, when it is bitterly cold outside, he likes to come into our cosy clubroom. BOBO the penguin loves to hang out with the children, so of course he likes everything they enjoy. He loves to eat fish, with perhaps a little bit of ice cream for dessert. Skiing is his favourite activity, and he loves it best of all when he can ski with lots of his little friends. And if he falls over, well ... like a proper skiing penguin, he just shakes off the snow and keeps on going!"

The penguin BOBO's KINDER-CLUB® was established in 1994 as an initiative of the Interessenvereinigung der Tiroler Skischulunternehmer [Tyrolean Ski Schools Interest Group] to provide a special children's programme for our youngest guests. The programme is designed to offer the children top-quality instruction in perfect skiing technique and general education about the slopes in a particularly child-friendly atmosphere.
The unique concept was developed in collaboration with qualified educators – it wasn't just designed for the children, but actually designed with the children!

Our ski lessons for small children are conducted in very small groups and provide the perfect setting for intensive individual instruction. In the Kinderland area, our smallest students try their first exercises on skis, play in the snow and enjoy an amusing entertainment programme, and before long they are experiencing their first successes and a real sense of achievement. Young children are assisted by experienced and paedagogically trained ski instructors at the
Lermoos Ski School.

Our weekly programme offers children from four years & teenagers individual and child-friendly tuition. Our ski lessons provide targeted instruction and motivation for your children, as the specially-trained ski instructors teach the basic knowledge and skills of skiing techniques and safety on the snow.

The targetted instructional programme of our snowboard lessons teaches you basic techniques, valuable tips, cool tricks and, of course, all kinds of fun. The most important elements of the sport are perfect control of the board, a strong sense of fun and safety on the slopes.
